Even if it keeps from the outside most of the features of a high standards villas, it’s design is quite unique, as the entrance and the living areas are located on the top floor. Inspired by the Traditional Balinese houses, this original design offers several advantages: - Better natural ventilation and scenic view from the living areas, - Larger volume in the living areas with open framework,
- The master bedroom on the first floor has a direct access from the tarrace(throught a small salon) and has a tropical bathroom with separate toilets and a double washbasin. It has a large shaded terrace ( under a pergola) with pavilion and pool.
